#Mtcookbook Indian spiced lentils last night for dinner. This will be a repeat as a quick & easy flavorful meal. For heat lovers, need to boost it up with either fresh or dried chiles.

Not going to show a pic of the lentils because they aren‘t at all visually appealing, especially since they are the green variety. 😜

mabell Red lentils are harder to find! 3w
Tamra @mabell you are right! I typically buy mine at Ethiopian shops, but most international groceries carry them. I don‘t know why they aren‘t more popular because they are quick cooking. 3w
mabell @Tamra I agree - and prettier 😄 Here I get them in the bulk section of a local grocer or at Whole Foods 3w

AlaMich No, I just meant that I loved the cover on yours. 😊 I have a few old cookbooks of my mom‘s from the early 60‘s as well, and it‘s so interesting to see what people were cooking. 2y
