Tons of hidden messages and twisty turns! Blew through this one, the small chapters set a great pace!

When Tom moves into a new house he notices a few holes on the outside of 2 bedroom doors. When he discovers he fit a lock, his mind races on what was kept inside… or from a escaping.

This was a really twisted psychological read. Super fast read with a storyline you‘re thinking couldn‘t be possible and when you think you‘ve got it figured out think again! #bookspin @TheAromaofBooks

This is one of those creepy twisted thrillers that you can‘t put down! The opening line is, “Home is where the hate is.” Now if that doesn‘t scare you…😱! Tom is in high school when he meets “the new girl” who used to live in his house. And things go downhill from there. I still have chills just thinking about it. Not for the faint of heart, it‘s a novel that will resonate for a long time!

Interesting premise, but underwhelming execution. An okay YA thriller with good twists & some tension, but lacked a realistic feel. Decent protagonist with traumatic past & decent depiction of OCD. The adult characters were awkward caricatures who were fairly worthless. They were either apathetic or built with extreme hyperbole and did not feel realistic. A fun ride & quick, entertaining read, but definite lack of logic.
