#Mtcookbook selection this week. This was a dynamite marinade! Unfortunately, I had to make a mess on my stove because the grill is inside right beside my son. 🫤 A grill pan is not my preferred method.

Note, best use the chili flakes to taste. I have a very hot blend and 1 Tlb would have dissolved my daughter. 😳

Oh all things, my 13 year old daughter has requested Swedish meatballs for her NY Eve sleepover party. 😄

Btw, we‘ve turned that corner when now the girls are louder and messier than the boys. How did that happen and nobody warned me?!😜

Picked up this beauty of a cookbook at Half Price! I love the magazine, but rarely splurge on it.

Trying out their version of Cincinnati Chili. 😋 If you haven‘t ever had Cincinnati chili, I highly recommend it! So tasty and redolent with Greek flavors.
