I‘ve just participated in advent recommends where I‘ve posted my favorite books, so be prepared for some overlapping, but I can already tell that some months will be extremely difficult. Choosing just one book for every month.
This is the best book I read in January.
The McAllisters are all coming home for Christmas.
pickA family at Christmas. The perspective alternates between the three children; two returning home from University and the youngest who lives at home and is in recovery for an ED.
The family being back together brings up a lot of familial tensions. It's strangely uplifting and reaffirming.
