I keep doing decently with my walking and yoga goals for #BFC2022, but I don‘t do so great with the weights, swimming, or eating goals. Nevertheless, I am still keeping them, but I‘ve scaled them back a little. Here‘s my April goals.
1: Yoga: once a week
2: Walking: 12 miles a week
3: weights: twice a week
4: Swimming: once a week
5: reading: 10 books
6: Eating: eat out once a week
