Beer and a book after work
Didn‘t enjoy this one as much as the first. I‘m not even sure I‘ll read the last one. Maybe at some point. Still an entertaining twisty story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

A ton of fun! After being completely shocked by the previous book (The Arrangement), I blew thru this one today. I already knew Ms Modglin likes to throw in twists, but I had no idea where this series was going to go. Twists everywhere, and now that I‘m fully invested in the craziness, I HAVE to know how everything ends ASAP.
This isn‘t exactly literary fiction, but it‘s as entertaining as it gets! Onto the last book and I‘m expecting big things!

Early on in this second book, I felt like maybe the situations going on were a little too much for me and I wasn‘t sure that I was on board with them…but by the end, especially with the last couple of reveals…I realized I just had to know how this chaos was going to end…so…what the hell, bring on book #3.
➨ Narrated by: 🎙️Sarah Mollo-Christensen & George Newbern 📣 The narration is perfect.
Such a fast, fun read! I love her books. Eagerly awaiting getting my hands on The Atonement!
Book 2 of the “arrangement” trilogy. The last page is a total shocker. I can‘t wait until July 1st for the final book to come out! If you are looking for a suspenseful book- this serious is it!
I liked this way more than I expected to. When I started off, I didn‘t think I was going to care for it, but by the end, I was hooked. I loved the way they continued this and the ending was really well done. I definitely want to read more from this author. She definitely knows how to give the reader a good twist.
