It took me all day to cook up this Portuguese Bean Soup from this amazing cookbook. We had a bite but the recipe calls for letting it rest thru to the following day. Into the fridge it goes. @Tamra Thanks for inspiring me to check the library for cookbook inspiration.

Amandajoy I‘ve been on a Top Chef binge lately and I loved him on the show. I may have to check this one out. (I also decided to start playing the ukulele and my stepdaughter said it was because I saw him playing one.) 3y
