Pickpick

Tom King and Mitch Gerads reunite to give us a more menacing version of the Riddler, as well as a more elaborate origin. Gerads deploys some really interesting designs, including some 1st-person POV panels, as well as security camera footage.

These are slowly being released on Hoopla. One-shot comics where the villains take center stage. Riddler was by far the best of the first batch, and deserving of the Eisner. Super creepy and dark. Penguin was solid. Riddler and Penguin did fun things with their relationships to Batman. Two -Face was okay, but predictable. Same for Clayface.

Bookwomble I like The Riddler's aesthetic - I thought he was done really well in the Gotham series. I miss that show. 2y
