pickPublished in 1989 so I‘m sure things have changed. Fascinating history of the ruby slippers in Wizard of Oz. There were some for close-ups, some for dancing, some for wide shots, some as extras. The shoes with the clearest provenance may be at the Smithsonian now which I viewed in 2011.
