This is cute coming of age LGBTQIA+ YA. I enjoyed it despite not being in the target demographic.

AmyG I enjoyed this, too. I liked it better than the other one we read. 3h

Here‘s my progress on my #bookspinbingo list. The highlighted books are what I‘ve read. Will I read all of these? I have 7 books left to read. The next Sherlock Holmes short story will be read next week. I would like to finish this list this month so I can start over with a new list next month but either way, I‘ll get to choose some new books next month. Whatever doesn‘t get read will be carried over to next month.

Here‘s my review for a book I just finished reading. This one is not in the Litsy database so I added it under the tagged book instead. I forgot to mention in my review that this book is no longer available on Amazon. I‘m counting this book for another Free Space spot on my #bookspinbingo board and for #30booksin3months.

#DeathAtDarringtonManor #NancyWarren #BookSpinBingo #SeriesLove2024 #June2024

Spring 1925. Abigail Dixon is about to cover the wedding of the year. An American car tycoon's son is about to marry and English aristocrat's daughter. Abigail finds a man murdered on a fishing expedition and a local woman discovered dead in London. There are clues linking the two murders.

EadieB Can Abigail unveil the truth before the wedding of the year becomes the obituary column? This is book 2 of the series. A car is brought back to the manor, the question is; was someone out to murder Reginald Mitchell? The car veered off the road and crashed into a tree. The best man, Oliver Platt, is found dead floating in the river. Was the death intentional? 20h
EadieB I am now looking forward to book 3 of the series. If you like mystery surrounding your thrillers, then you will love this book. Recommended! 20h

Thanks for the tag @Deblovestoread !

1. I have a Goodreads goal of 125 books, and I am well on my way to achieving it!
2. I kinda have plans, but I also have a hard time sticking to them! I easily get distracted by books that look interesting to me. But, thanks to #BookSpinBingo and the #WeeklyForecast for keeping me organized.
3. I love to learn and experience new things and immerse myself in a good story and feel emotions.

#WondrousWednesday

thegirlwiththelibrarybag I also “kind of” have plans 🤣 📚 1d

Here‘s my review for a book I finished reading last night. It‘s not in the Litsy database. This will count for a free space spot on my #bookspinbingo board and I‘m going to count this for #readyourkindle because it‘s replacing the book Going Deep by Kylie Parker on my list. The Kylie Parker book is the first book in a series but it‘s no longer available on Amazon so I‘m going to delete the Kylie Parker book off of my Kindle.

So good! Thrilling, magical, beautifully plotted and the prose just sings! I didn‘t know much going in and loved being surprised so I won‘t say much. But if you like witchy, feminist, nature-filled stories, pick this one up! #BOTM #BookspinBingo @TheAromaofBooks

1. I set my reading challenge on Goodreads at a low number and then as I‘ve reached the number, I‘ve been adjusting it.
2. I make reading lists for #readyourkindle and #bookspinbingo.
3. It helps me escape my thoughts. Bad memories of my ex boyfriend come up in my mind sometimes and reading helps me take my mind off of that so I read every day. I also find it helpful to keep myself busy and go for walks with my dog.
