Asking: does anyone else feel like this is an Austin novel stretched out over multiple volumes? I enjoy it but I‘m ready to move faster and have so many more books I want to read. Do I continue this reading investment? Has anyone read all of the volumes?

monalyisha I got excited just seeing the book cover, which should tell you everything you need to know. I‘ve read them all and I love them wholeheartedly. Book 6 is my favorite so far. But…only you can decide if they‘re right for you! If you‘re not charmed now, you may never be. 1mo
dabbe And I'm here to say #hailthebail! If a book doesn't grab you, that's nobody's fault--neither the author nor the reader. Not all books click with everybody. Plus, life's too short, and there are #betterbooksahead! 🙌🏻 1mo

BooksandCoffee4Me @monalyisha So I tried to quit. Started a psychological thriller by a favorite author. I came back. Can‘t seem to leave Emma and her wit and ways. 😊 1mo

The second volume was even better than the first! We are getting to know the mysterious tenant, Niall, next door along with a slew of other entertaining characters. The Duke of Islington and Jack were both surprising and delightful. There's a whole section dedicated to rescuing a three-volume set of Jane Eyre. I‘m loving Emma's witty world. If you liked but didn‘t love the 1st volume, make sure you read this one. This is where it really gets good.

After reading Volume 1 of Emma‘s journals, I was charmed but not *addicted.*

Consider me addicted to the romance and wit of her everyday affairs. On to Volume 3!

Cuilin I love hearing this!! My husband got me volumes ll, lll, and lV!!! 1y
monalyisha @Cuilin I somehow coerced my husband into buying me the first 3 volumes. Just caved and bought the next 2 for myself. 😉 1y
Cuilin @monalyisha nice, 😊 1y

rubyslippersreads I‘ve been curious about these. 1y
monalyisha @rubyslippersreads You should give them a try! My friend, who is less of a Luddite than I am, is going to read them via Kindle Unlimited. 😉 1y
rubyslippersreads @monalyisha Thanks for the tip! 😊 1y
