@Chrissyreadit These three are the vegan cookbooks I use the most.

JanuarieTimewalker13 Oooh, supermarket vegan sounds good! 7y
MimiLovesToRead This may be a silly question, but are you vegan?? 7y

MaleficentBookDragon @MimiLovesToRead not silly at all. I've been vegan, but am not currently. I eat mostly vegetarian, but am often weak willed and slip. I am working on it. 7y
MimiLovesToRead It is hard at times. I'm currently vegan. 😉 7y
JanuarieTimewalker13 @MaleficentBookDragon that's exactly what I need!! I've been eating out way too much and it's breaking the bank-I happen to live right near an awesome organic vegan resto... 7y
Chrissyreadit So funny! I literally have about 20 different vegan cookbooks- and none of those! My favorite is Oh She Glows but I'm also trying to use my crockpot and pressure cooker more often. Now I'm going to look your books up. 7y
MaleficentBookDragon @Chrissyreadit I like oh she glows too. I use my pressure cooker all the time. It makes perfect rice and amazing soups among other things. 7y

For #booksthatmademehungry, I picked various vegan cookbooks from my collection. These are my go-to choices, but I've got many more. Since I started following a plant-based diet 5 years ago, I'm always on the lookout for new inspiration! #somethingforsept #septphotochallenge #day18

Eyelit How's the vegan casserole cookbook? I've been meaning to check that one out. Have you tried one dish vegan? 8y
Chessa Mmmmm I love Veganomicon! I also really like her newer book, Isa Does It. 8y
Bibliogeekery I love Veganomicon! 8y
PurpleyPumpkin @Eyelit It's not bad. There are a few esoteric ingredients, but then I tend to amend recipes as I go along. It has some great ideas. And no, I haven't tried One-dish Vegan. I'll have to add it to my list. Thanks for the rec! 8y
PurpleyPumpkin @Bibliogeekery @Chessa I've liked the recipes I've tried from Veganomicon, but I haven't made enough of them. I was toying with the idea of making all the recipes in the book over a year, à la Julie and Julia. Maybe one day! 8y
