Wow it‘s been forever since I posted anything on Litsy, but with a move and a trip overseas life has been seriously hectic. @aschermetz I just wanted to let you know that I did receive your book the other day! As I started this book I honestly thought it was a bit slow for my liking however I ended up loving this book. It‘s not a big blockbuster of a book, a bit more of a slow burn. Karen White always writes a book that makes me feel like I‘m right there with the characters.

A Long Time Gone is a story that covers 4 generations of women dealing with love, lost, regrets, sorrow and joy. It centered around the Walker women and the Walker home, and how each generation is affected by the one past. It was a well written story and I was always ready to move on to the next chapter.
