I have done a terrible job of keeping up with #jubilantjuly! I'm just going to sneak a few catch-up posts in today and pretend I didn't miss the entire middle of the month. 😳

This series was my first thought for #bestbuds. I love the way the friendships are portrayed--both the group as a whole as well as individual friendships between all the four girls. Thinking about it makes me want to do a re-read!

All of the characters from this still stick in my mind and I think one of the reasons I liked the book so much and flew through it was because of the protagonists and the way their friendship was portrayed #bestbuds #jubilantjuly

For #bestbuds in #JubilantJuly I give you these beauties! These were THE Afrikaans books to read in primary school! All three series follows the lives and adventures of a group of BEST FRIENDS in a small town! I devoured them all and are now collecting them for my niece!! (hoping she will love them just as much)
