One last book experience for the day: The Book Deal, my new favorite local used book store. They post book stack photos to their Facebook page. You can "dibs" any book pictured and they'll hold it for you until you can pick it up. Excellent and Dangerous service! Score! More books for me! My library had one of those blind date with a book displays, only this display was holiday themed. All the books were wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper with a tag on the front that said who the book was for. I chose this one, and took it up to the front desk and checked it out on my card.
