Life happens whether you‘re worrying about it or not, and it seems presumptuous to think we can have much of a say in how things play out.
This is promising. Family drama, mental illness, natural disaster.
In a nutshell, this was a steamy Hallmark. I liked all the feel good elements. I read for escape. With all the bad news we see daily, I can‘t read anything heavy. Daisy & Knox were both dealing with past trauma. In their own way, they had to deal with it and move in. I loved all of the supporting characters. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ruta Septys is an amazing author. She tells stories about lesser know moments in history. She breaks your heart in the most beautiful way.
1. Tagged. TMI but I was in the middle of miscarriage and this book had me sobbing several times.
2. Historical Fiction. You get different perspectives of the past, often through the eyes of the oppressed.
3. Too many…Fountains of Silence, the Nightingale & the Four Winds.

It‘s an odd read. I recommend for anyone at any stage of marriage. I recommended to a friend Bc I think she makes sense of why we do different things in our marriage and in or families. Even why people cheat. ESP as moms, we forget our selves to keep the family structure working at it‘s best.
I could never share all of those personal details but I think this read could be helpful for someone in that struggle.
I‘m just at the part where Marisol learns Pablo is her grandfather.
This book…💔💔💔
Anyone else in their mid thirties that fantasized about going to Capeside HS?
Watching this on Netflix is taking me back and giving me all the feels.
Team Dawson or Team Pacey? 💞💞💞
It‘s all about balance. Burn out isn‘t good for anyone…yourself, family, job, work, community.
I‘m working on not speeding myself so thin.

EVERYONE needs to read this book.
Sara did an amazing job describing life in the 90s (for a bit of nostalgia) and bringing to light the immigration issue in this country.
Thank you Sara for this book.
1. Possibly Wisconsin Dells - I take my kids instead of buying gifts (they get a few small ones under the tree)
2. Beatriz Williams, Kate Quinn, Kristin Hannah & Ruta Sepetys (Fountains of Silence is a beautiful heartbreak); sometimes Jodi Picolut and Taylor Jenkins Reid
3. Wall of exhaustion & green tea 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
1. A few walks with an Audio
2. The entire dinner but cranberries are a must - jellied
This is not something I‘d normally read but I‘m so HAPPY I did. The characters all had a back story and I liked learning how they became part of the gang. Feminism out of infertility, learning that you are more worth more than the amount of children you can bear. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I‘m a huge BW fan. I gobble up 🦃 all of her books. For some reason, I‘ve tried to read and audio this one but I just can‘t get into it. Should I give it another go? At what point does it get good?
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating alone today, it‘s a tough one.
💙🇺🇸🙌🏼 we finally have a woman in the White House. Whether you voted red or blue, this an historical moment.
