The Heart of what was Lost is a bridge book connecting his original Memory Sorrow and Thorn trilogy to his new trilogy set in the same world (Osten Ard).
Tad is a wordy motherfucker and essentially this is his version of a prologue...and my goodness was it a treat when this originally released. It had been so long and it was so special diving back into this world!
