Emmy has been either on my lap or whining at me to sit or lie down with her today. Right now I am in a rocking chair watching baseball. Whenever the chair moves slightly she whines loudly in protest.
What I should be doing:
Double-checking my department's 2018 schedule so that it will be ready to go live on Monday (especially because I've made a couple schedule-related mistakes lately and don't trust myself).
What I'm actually doing:
Playing with #Maya, having a nice dinner and finishing Harry Potter, and (hopefully) watching Adrian Beltre get his 3000th hit. #CatsOfLitsy #BookAndDinner #BooksAndBaseball

Perfect Sunday: hanging with #Maya, reading my book, watching Spring Training baseball. My beloved Rangers are playing my beloved Cubbies. I choose to see that as a win-win.
