pickI was not expecting all of the emotions and family histories. It was so good. This is a story where a “Five years later…” would have been perfect. It definitely left me wanting another book to check in with all of these wonderful characters.

pickI was not expecting this YA to be so emotional. I actually cried many times during it which is rare for me. The grief that was woven throughout the story was done well, and it did have a large part to play in the story. I really thought this book was amazing. There was so many things I liked about it, I just wish it had been longer. Maybe we will see another book with the characters. I look forward to what else will come from this author.
