Listened to both of these. I like this cozy mystery series. I was listening to the tagged in the car on the way to a doctor‘s appointment. My husband looked at me and said, “We‘re stopping for donuts on the way home!” 😁

As a mystery the book is good. As a book showing the world through the eyes of Molly, it‘s great. Molly reminded me of Eleanor Oliphant in many ways. Plenty of characters to love and loathe in this one.

This was a gift from @TheSpineView several months ago. I think I read it at a perfect time for me. I was fully absorbed in this one.
I don‘t read Picoult reviews before reading her books because I want her to take me on a journey with no expectations. I want and to feel the weight of the surprises & twists with the characters. I loved the journey.
