Richard Young travels to fourteenth-century Cornwall using his friend's powerful and highly addictive "potion". This is one of my favourite time travel books. A teacher discovers a way to travel back to the 1950s and goes back to stop Kennedy's assassination. He has to live in the past for years to finally reach the date.

If you always wanted to try a Stephen King book but aren't keen on horror, this might be the book for you.

I was obsessed with this book as a child. We were 5 kids & poor growing up so owning books was a non starter so both my schools library & council library were my best friends. If you could see the original cards at both libraries for this book, my name would be the most written by far.11⭐️
