pickThis was a bit confusing first, it took some time to remember what's this world and who were these characters. It could have been explained a bit more so it would have been easier to relate to the story & characters.
Soon after the beginning it was easier to feel for Coriane, who felt herself as an outsider. This had some darker undercurrents.
For a short novella this was a decent read and a bit twisted ending made it for me.
