Clwojick What app it that? I‘ve seen a handful of Litten use it. 5y
SleepyDragon @Clwojick Not sure if you mean pic collage or Bookly, but I used the former to make the collage and the latter to generate the info graphics for each book. 5y
Clwojick Bookly! Thanks ❤️ 5y

Well, I shot myself in the foot. A while back I decided to try to read only one book at a time, and it works for me. Then this month happened. First there's my challenge to myself to read the Beatles Anthology. Then I started reading Puritan because it's easy to set aside, and I wanted to start reading the Twain book for my #LentRead. Then my Overdrive hold for the tagged book came in today. I don't think I've read 4 at once since college. Yikes!

SharonAlger What‘s the app you‘re using? I‘m interested in getting something like that. 5y
SleepyDragon @SharonAlger This one is called Reading Planner. It's very simplistic and doesn't give any stats. It's one of three that I use, not including Goodreads. I like it mainly because I can enter a read by date and it will tell me how many pages I have to read each day to finish on time. 5y
SleepyDragon @SharonAlger Also, I have an android, so I'm not sure it is available for iphone or not. 5y

SharonAlger @NeesyBeth thanks so much 😊 I have an Apple, but I‘ll have a look 5y
SharonAlger @NeesyBeth it looks like it‘s not available for Apple, but I found a reading tracker I‘m happy with called ‘Book Breeze‘. It doesn‘t have the option of setting a read-by goal date, but it does time your reading sessions and lets you track the page you‘re up to. I‘ve found it useful. Thanks so much for the idea! 5y
SleepyDragon @SharonAlger The other two apps I use do that as well. I use ReadTracker which also tracks your reading time and estimates how long it take you to finish the book at your current pace. I also use Bookly for the fun graphic and reading speed stats, but refuse to pay for the pro version. So I delete the books from it after I read it, whereas I keep an archive with the other two apps. I think I make tracking more complicated than it needs to be. Lol 5y
SharonAlger @NeesyBeth now I must check out Bookly, haha! 5y
SleepyDragon And I also use Goodreads as my master list. Please excuse the typos. Android users can't edit comments. 5y

Today is Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent. Instead of giving up something, I decided to read the tagged book. I tend to do this, choose something to do rather than do without, when Ash Wednesday falls on my birthday. I guess maybe I feel giving up my birthday for fasting and abstinence is enough. Lol So, my Papa Frank bookmark and I are ready to dive in and explore Twain's take on the Bible and Christianity. #LentRead #Catholic
