pickRead this on a plane, I figured it would lower the chances ?. The book was good but there was a lot of cliché. It felt slow for a short book because not a lot goes on. However, it is an interesting story that at the same time felt like it could have given me more. I see a trend of Rebecca Yarros writing men that for some reason can't commit fully or can't tell the whole truth because they are sworn to some secrecy. Just a thought ?. Generous 4⭐.
