I‘m looking forward to this #LittensLoveRomance pick for September 2025!

I attend my local RenFest every year and dress up too!

I blasted through this romance. Great autumn vibes. Brother's best friend and forced proximity, where he's secretly been pining after her for years. The ending was a little rushed but overall it was a fun, sexy read.
Apparently it's the second in a series so I'll definitely go back and read the others #serieslove2025

Repost for @StayCurious

Our September read for #LittensLoveRomance has been selected and we‘re going to the fairgrounds. Has anyone ever been to a renaissance fair? I‘ve always wanted to go but there aren‘t any good ones in my area that I know of. But they sound like a lot of fun and a great setting for our next book. We‘ll be reading 2 chapters a day starting Sept 15.

mcctrish I have read this already ( and enjoyed it so much I went down a rabbit hole and read all the other books in the series) I will join you next month. I think I saw this at Book Outlet for not a lot of money 20h
BarkingMadRead So excited! I‘ve had this book on my shelf for awhile! 20h
CrowCAH I voted for this one! I‘ll be reading! (Hopefully I keep up with the two chapters a day.) A couple days ago I went to the Michigan Renaissance Festival! (edited) 19h
Read4life Just got my copy. 19h
julieclair I‘m in! Should be a fun one. I went to a Renaissance Fair maaanny years ago and enjoyed it. My strongest memory is the roasted turkey legs… seemed like absolutely everyone was gnawing on one! 🍗🤣 18h
OriginalCyn620 I have been to a Ren Faire and it was a blast! But I‘ve already read this one so I will skip this month. Please keep me on the list for October! (edited) 18h
vonnie862 I'm in! 16h
vonnie862 And yes, I've been to many Ren Faires. 16h
julesG I've read this already. I'll skip this month, but please tag me for the October read. 15h
willaful Also skipping because I've already read it. Word of warning: the audiobook is mostly excellent but it drove me crazy because she read the “tavern wenches“ with aristocratic accents. 15h
TheAromaofBooks I've read this one, but it's been a few years and I really enjoyed it, so I'll join you!! 9h
peanutnine We go to the Carolina Ren Fest every year! It's so much fun!! I've read this one already so I'll sit out this month but tag me for October! 8h

Pickpick

Georgie returns to her hometown after working in the big city for a while. She mistakes the infamous Levi Fanning for her high school crush, his brother Evan Fanning.

I'm super picky about romance novels, a little too perfect but I still liked it. Good balance between two people discovering themselves and falling in love. Relatable characters, small town setting, decent writing, and good pace.
4/5🌟

Loved this of course, I loved the characters, the settings…. And the struggle for these two is real. One more and then I‘ll have completed all of Jimenez‘s backlist.

Pickpick

I pretty rarely pick books just based on the cover when I'm scrolling through Libby, but this one caught my eye. I lucked out! This was a great story of falling in love with yourself and someone else, with subplots about learning to take care of yourself. It also made me laugh. I wanted to stab their two villainous exes in the eye with a sharp pencil. Slow burn but eventually spicy! Somewhat sappy near the end but did that bother me? Not a bit.

I‘m in heaven - and it‘s my front yard. 😁

Hammock, blanket, cooler weather, and a fun romp of a romance novel.
