This was a cute little romantic comedy. A little cowboy romance.

This one took me by surprise. It was really good! The dialogue was some of the best I‘ve read in contemporary romance. Great banter! The pacing was excellent and the plot was well constructed. I found the main character‘s journey to overcome everything she‘d been through emotionally to be very relatable. I rarely laugh out loud at a book‘s attempt at humor but this one actually did make me laugh more than once!

I purchased a #BlindDateWithABook; here‘s what I got! Seems super cute! 🏒 🤰 And the edges are pretty! 😍
I think this might be my favorite book from the king series. I identify so much with Sloane. Finally a book which describes a connection with someone build on trust and same life experiences/traumas. A true love based on revealing ourselves, our fears, letting someone actually in your HEART & SOUL.

I'm starting my witchy/spooky season reading off with a fluffy one. The story is super cute, but I was throughly annoyed with the way the characters are written and the fact that the spiciness is incogruous with that. It's such a weird combination for descriptions. Not bad, but definitely not great. #52-2024
