I liked it and tbh, it is a visceral uncomfortable reading experience but one I am appreciating more as time goes by and I continue to ask, “Did I *like* this book? Did I?”

I never studied mythology in school growing up because I moved away from the school just about to cover it to a school that just finished it. Or so I choose to remember. Point is, I always feel like I know little to nothing of myths. But popular culture has exposed me to more it than I consciously admit.
