From my neverending TBR. I adored The Namesake, and Unaccustomed Earth is the only short story collection I've ever really loved.

When I was younger, a Sunday school teacher used to always tell us to be good little boys and girls or we'd end up "down there" which is what I first thought of with this prompt. I'm still not sure why she didn't just use the word Hell.
I actually enjoyed this book when I read it, so if you want to take a literary trip "down there" give it a read. ?
MC Libby Day has serious depression and PTSD from something that happened to her family when she was a child...
