One of the reasons I have loved this series is because of Ralph Cosham‘s narration in the audiobooks. I cannot bring myself to listen to anyone else voice Inspector Gamache. (Cosham died shortly after the release of book 10) So I am reading the rest of the series (no offense to the new narrator who may be great)
If you are on the fence on #audiobooks I would strongly recommend the first ten in this series!

Tamra I believe the new one is the actor who played the father in Downton Abbey. He does a nice job, but it‘s different of course. 6y
Kimzey I delayed finishing the series on audible for that reason, but have finally pressed on and not regretted it. Louise Penny helped the transition by providing a touching tribute to Ralph Cosham (in her own voice) and by introducing the new narrator. 6y
