pickLewis is honestly such an entertaining writer. The story and characters are fascinating too, so that helps. Really provided insight into so many different fields. Cool intro to behavioral economics.
Read while driving from dc to seattle. Mom gave to me from her collection.
pickBehavioral economics book and updated version of the authors‘ 2008 edition. I enjoyed the insights into how people and companies manipulate environments and therefore our choices/decisions for better or worse. There are a lot of stats in this book but the writing is not dry.

Behavioral economics is one of my favorite subjects to study. Ariely does a great job condensing hefty intellectual observations into an enjoyable reading experience that leaves you feeling smarter. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to better understand humanity.
