Setting Goals | John Renesch

Trying out #BFC round 2! It starts this Sunday.
Goals currently are:
-56k steps per week (8000 steps per day average)
-140 active minutes per week (20 min daily average)
-Under calorie count on Fitbit 5/7 days per week
-12 books (2 books per week - it is likely I may go over this goal if I get on a reading streak)

Steps will be hardest. My job and thus sitting time varies day by day, + I live in an apartment. Active minutes will also be tricky.

julesG You could, if possible, stand up and walk on the spot while on the phone. I used to do that when I worked in an office. 5y
bookandcat @julesG I unfortunately don't do office work. I am a therapist, so I'm stuck sitting in my chair during sessions and groups. I'm someone who DOES pace when I'm on the phone but I'm not on the phone much. I work in different locations so on group days I get lots of steps but individual client days mean I'm stuck in a 100 square foot office with nowhere to go and only 5 minutes between some sessions :-( 5y
