Why oh why can‘t I seem to read lately? Like at all. I think I want to read, I‘ll pick up a book and just put it down. Someone get me out of this funk! 😭

EvieBee I know what you mean. For me it was my inability to focus or quiet my mind. I eventually added reading a few pages to my winding down for bed routine and it helped. 1y
SamAnne Had 4 months like that in the first year. Major life changes and depression. I got out of it by reading books outside my usual genres…I think S.A. Crosby‘s Razor Blade Tears did it for me, doing audio and print together. And I quit reading books I felt obligated to read for book clubs, etc for a few months. (edited) 1y
