Preordered some books with Barnes & Noble's preorder sale (even though I'm still expecting books from their last TWO preorder sales 😆 ).

1- Haven't preordered in years. Just tried returning to mail ordering books, but waiting for their safe delivery drove me crazy 😂. While I WAS tempted to preorder the tagged book...I'm just going back to keeping a lookout for books wherever I may find them. Do miss having a bookstore, I use to have books preordered/ordered and held for me all the time.

After the deaths of their parents, 3 sisters find their lives being drawn into different directions from the magical tearoom they run together.

This was delightful! I loved the historical fantasy setting, the sisters‘ relationship was both complicated & lovely, & there was some plot misdirection that kept me guessing. The sisters did feel a little too similar sometimes, & I‘m not a fan of miscommunication for angst‘s sake. 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

This book was so good! Magical cozy for the win, bc as evidenced by my lack of posts, ive been in a slump. I‘ll definitely continue with this series!

This author is sort of all over the place in her genre. If you're ok with that (I am for sure) and enjoy a surprise definitely give this a go.
