so-soPart of the reason I joined #KindleUnlimited was for the access to #CreatureFeatures and silly shark books like this one! It‘s a quick, gory and kind of funny read- though it makes a sudden shift to being less about sharks and more about something else that disappointed me a bit. But it‘s still kinda fun and I can‘t help but appreciate the Jaws references!
so-soI‘m a big fan of #creaturefeatures so I have been looking forward to this sequel since I read the first book! But this one is a bit less creature focused and more global politics and acts of war. The central characters are a bit clearer now, but they are not as developed as I‘d hoped. The opening scene set a high bar, but it never really blends the comedy and horror beyond that scene. I‘m hoping the last one in the trilogy is a bit stronger!
