I also consulted a list, and found this one that I have reviewed http://childrensbooksdaily.com/lgtb-fiction-books-for-a-ya-audience/ as part of a longer LGTBQIA post. There is nothing subtle about it, so it brings undue attention to itself. It's very information, full of humour and empathy, and made me sad that these kids are marginalised so much. Listen to the audiobook of this, the combination of the newsreaders voice with the craziness going on in the story is hysterical. I swear people thought I was crazy, sitting in the doctors office with earbuds in, quietly giggling to myself.🤓
