This is a good book full of some sound advice. If you‘ve never tried journaling, maybe now is the time to start. I‘ve toyed with it for a few years and actually started journaling more seriously last month. This book helped me get over my need for perfection. Just start and let the rest fall into place. Plus you can always add a sassy index. ðŸ˜€

annahenke @Clare-Dragonfly yes, it‘s the same! The book is for newbies and it offers sample layouts and stuff but a lot of it can probably be found on the internet. I just like to have my reference all in one place, even better if it‘s in a book! This is just to get you started, and I plan to take what I‘ve learned and get creative! 6y
