I know I‘ve mentioned this app before- it‘s a favorite and I love the monthly self care bingo pages. (full disclosure i mean aesthetic- as many of you know i‘m just flying by the seat of my pants) Sharing here because the earlier, longer, darker days are challenging for me (i work until 7 or 8 most nights). Sharing in case anyone else would be loving this in this season.
