Yesterday I went to the Children‘s Book Festival in Hudson, NY. This is my 2nd year going & my main reason this year was to see Jason Reynolds who I missed at BookExpo last year. I got there a late & he was just leaving but I caught him on his way out. He was super sweet. He even left some signed books for them to sell which the authors usually don‘t do. I hope to get see him again &have some time to actually chat. #jasonreynolds #foreveryone

Peddler410 He was at the independent book store I go to in April, the day after I went to see Kwame Alexander. Unfortunately, the stars did not line up for my return to see Jason. 6y

ReadingRover @Peddler410 Hopefully you will get to meet him next time! I actually met Kwame Alexander at this one too. I hate to say it but he was not nearly as nice as Jason Reynolds. He seemed almost annoyed that I wanted him to sign my book. Meanwhile that‘s why he was there and I was the only one at his table. 😕 6y
