pickI feel like this is the kind of book that‘s meant to be revisited again and again, like a book of meditations. It was interesting and thought-provoking, with lots of wonderful advice, and methods for self-care, and I feel like its worth lies in that, not necessarily in a “read this book like a book” kind of way. I‘m a total bottle-up-er, and tend to take care of everyone else while ignoring my own feelings and well-being.
