The Devil in Jerusalem: A Novel | Naomi Ragen

Today's thrift store finds (it's in the path of my Saturday errands?), all three for $4.50. The two novels sound intriguing with maybe some tough subject matter. The cookbook (yes, I know I said I have too many cookbooks) looks like fun: "Classics From the First Century of American Cookbooks" & a good resource for pairing historical reads with recipes for my book tour reviews. And look how nicely they color coordinate too! #icanjustifyanything ?

Persuasion (Revised) | Jane Austen

You try not to buy all the books but then sometimes you have to make an exception. I've been coveting this copy of Persuasion since seeing it pop up on Litsy-the cover just pulls me in.❤️I have an old PB copy & e-book but it is my 2nd favorite Austen, so I feel it is a #booknecessity 😆Plus I had a coupon & my B&N store had no 2017 mini-calendars for my tiny kitchen wall so I had to go online to get one anyway.... #icanjustifyanything #bookmail 📚

jessberk13 I have that copy of Persuasion too! Found it in perfect condition at a yard sale a few years ago - 25 cents! 8y
