Back home and it's a nice warm evening. Watched our little guy play soccer and now he is tucked in bed - now it's lemonade and a book for me. Slowly getting through this book and I'm enjoying it so far.

Fun play on words that turns poetry into puzzles.

Poetry. Unique and fun idea, This author uses letters from only one word to come up with a poem about that word. Reminds me of an anagram, a riddle, and a puzzle all squeezed into one. Very creative idea and the simple illustrations add a nice touch to the book.

This RF book is relatable as young kids start a lemonade stand. A feud begins with the neighbors & the lemonade war begins. A great option for LC or IR. My reasoning behind reading this book was because I found the title and cover page intriguing, not knowing what the book was really about.
When two siblings get into a huge fight over a school letter, things start getting heated and war breaks loose. Read the book to find out what happens next.

I really enjoyed this book of poetry. A great use for the classroom and learning/ expanding vocabulary!
