Finally had the chance to sit down and paint a little this afternoon. I painted these notecards following the Galaxy Hair tutorial by Let‘s Make Art (link in the comments if anyone‘s interested). These will probably end up being sent out for upcoming swaps.
Which one do you like better — top or bottom? Why?
I think I prefer the bottom which is also the second one I painted but I‘m curious about other‘s opinions.

MeganAnn @KateReadsYA how interesting! I didn‘t notice that until you mentioned it. ☺️ I used the same outline for both so it‘s interesting how painting that one line more angled (completely by accident) makes such a difference in her posture! 2y

wanderinglynn They‘re both amazing! I like the posture of the top but I like the green accents in the hair on the bottom. The green makes her pop. 2y

Karisa They are both so pretty! I think I like the top one a smidge more because of the placement of the big star (it‘s like an earring or airpod). It just draws the eye back to her beautiful face 2y

curiouserandcurioser @MeganAnn i think theyre both beautiful-i really like the star. I think the top one looks like she is deep in thought and with the bottom one, she looks completely at peace with whatever decision she has come to. They both radiate joy💜 2y
