It's not too late! There is still time to read this #middlgrade book and join us for the discussion on Saturday morning. #middlegrade is usually defined as books written for kids 8-12 (or those who still feel that way in their heads 😂). Join in the fun!

This is a new venture for me. I have signed up for#netgalley to preview #picturebooks #middlgrade books & early #nonfiction . I hope my reviews do the books justice. Who out there reads for #netgalley ? Would you please share any experience or insight? Thanks! ☺️

Jerdencon I get books from net galley and have gotten some pretty good ones ahead of time. Honesty my reviews are pretty simple and short...so I wouldn't worry too much about it. 7y
Alfoster Yes, love NetGalley too! Received some awesome ARCs and am auto-approved by several publishers. It's SO worth it! 7y
bookslesstravelled I received some of my favorite reads last year from NetGalley. As for review tips, just say what you really think about the book, it doesn't have to be long 😃 7y

Debiw781 I love NetGalley! As for tips... keep your review percentage at a high level 7y
Reviewsbylola Biggest tip is only request books you really want to read and keep your requests manageable. My percentage is crappy because I went overboard in 2011 and 2012 and now I have no way to fix it because I never even downloaded most of the titles. 7y
Lmstraubie @Jerdencon @Alfoster @adventuresthruwonderland @Debiw781 @Reviewsbylola Thanks Ladies!!! You have all been very helpful! 😁 7y
Daisey I agree with the comments above and have one educator specific thing to add. I only review on Goodreads and keep my review percentage high, and I am seldom rejected for a middle grade or YA book. If I'm rejected, it's usually a book completely not relevant as an educator that caught my interest. 7y
Lmstraubie @Daisey Thank you! ☺️ 7y
