1Q84, Book 1 | Haruki Murakami

My first book for 2019 is this #chunkster. It‘s the Q1 read for the #Reading1001 group at GR. This will be my first Murakami, very much looking forward to enter his crazy world. I‘m only five chapters in, but so far it‘s intriguing!

It also fit my #AtY2019 challenge for the #multipleperspective prompt. I plan to use book 1-3 for three separate prompts, haven‘t decided which ones for the next two though.

I am starting the next one of the #ToB2019 shortlist. With this book I also make a start with one of my 2019 reading challenges: GoodReads‘ Around The Year in 52 Books. I am looking forward to it - it has some really great prompts. Week 1‘s prompt is ‘A book that was nominated for or won an award in a genre you enjoy‘. As a Man Booker nominated book, this will fit that prompt perfectly!
