#LitsyTeaSwap

I feel so special receiving a letter and tea in the mail today! ☺️ I love peppermint tea, it‘s great to drink at work for a calming effect.

Thanks a bunch @Bookwormjillk

Bookwormjillk I‘m glad it made it! 3y
Nutmegnc @Bookwormjillk Mine did too, but it was beat up and open! Guess they really wanted some tea! 🤣Luckily, someone tucked the flap back down so I got them all!! 3y
CrowCAH @Bookwormjillk yes, safe and sound! ☺️ 3y
CrowCAH @Nutmegnc oh no! You still got ‘em. 3y
Bookwormjillk @Nutmegnc I was worried about that! My tea bag‘s seemed really puffy for some reason! 3y

1. Many of my recent photos are for Litsy! However, this is a “regular” photo I took at a local park a couple weeks ago.
2. Short answer: I found a #littlefreelibrary in an unexpected place. Long answer in comments.
3. I‘m grateful that my friend has returned from visiting her in-laws, and now we can start planning things to do on weekdays.
#wondrouswednesday

Susanita One day last week I had a setback in my recovery. A couple days after that I had a slightly discouraging post-op visit with the surgeon. I spent the afternoon moping about that before finally pulling myself together so I could enjoy the weekend, which I did. Yesterday at PT I had a good talk with my therapist, and he told me I‘m right on track with my recovery and not to be discouraged if sometimes the progress isn‘t always linear. ⬇️ 3y
Susanita On my way home from PT I stopped at the nearby recreation center to check out their senior programs. That‘s when I discovered the LFL! Also, the woman I spoke to couldn‘t believe I‘m old enough to take advantage of the programs. I told her she was very kind and assured her that I am in fact over 50. 😀 3y
Crazeedi @Susanita it can be difficult but your therapist is right, I'm glad you received encouragement. And that you found a LFL! It was a sign!! And a lift to the heart that she thought you weren't old enough 🥰 3y
Eggs Thanks for playing ❤️👍🏼📚 3y

#regencyromance #mustread
I have been a huge fan of Erica Vetsch's Serendipity & Secrets series and this latest installment is such a delightful addition to a wonderful series.

It's a must-read Regency romance with a twist of mystery and suspense!

I received the book from Kregel Publication via JustRead Publicity and all opinions are solely my own.

If you are looking for a sweet story that takes you through a wide range of emotions, exciting events with an historical setting you have come to the right place. This is a satisfying story that will leave you with a smile on your face and hug in your heart. This would work well for book club and/or just a fun read. If you have not read a book by this author, I recommend you treat yourself to this book.

Another delightful Regency romance by the talented Erica Vetsch. This second book in the series continues the thread of intrigue and suspense from the first book The Lost Lieutenant, so reading the series in order will help in understading this subplot and the secondary characters. With intricate plot, fascinating and lovable characters, clever writing, and deliciously witty dialogue, it will woo your Regency-loving senses and romantic heart.

This book was no exception. I really enjoyed Marcus‘ and Charlotte‘s characters. The mothers not so much! The mystery was a carry-over from the previous book. Charlotte‘s care of the unfortunate women was very touching. If only everybody could see each other as a child of God and lend a hand instead of judgement, criticism and condemnation.
I received this book from Read with Audra for my honest review.

It‘s 1814, and Lady Charlotte Tiptree is in danger of being “left on the shelf” after going three seasons without finding a husband. […] What is a girl to do? The answer comes via a proposal so surprising she thinks her suitor is playing a joke. Why would a man like Marcus, Duke of Haverly, want her?
