pickOh my gosh! This book is making me want to cry in frustration because the next one isn't out. I loved the atmosphere, the politics, the kick ass girl gang. It was fabulous!!! Anyone who loves intrigue and a kick ass gang of girls needs to read this book and Ace of Shades pronto.

I cannot begin to express how much I love this main character!
First, she kills a man with her shoe and puts it back on, applies her lipstick and goes to gamble.
Next, she wears pearls when she's killing or making deals.
It is such a relief to find a character that takes pride in the ruffles, pearls, and lace.
