j9brown @KatieDid927 I definitely waffled about it! As amazing and unique as it was, I think it wallowed in grusome violence too much. I loved it personally but I have a hard time recommending it to anyone 😝 5y

j9brown @KatieDid927 Ninth House is a much lower time commitment, lol. The prose in Leopard takes some work to get into. House was more enjoyable. But, it never made my jaw drop like Leopard did, that got a couple out loud "oh shit"s. Maybe I should have put it on my list instead. Lists are hard! Leopard may be "better" but my stomach turns when I think of it because of a few really brutal parts. And it absolutely should have been shorter. 5y

j9brown @KatieDid927 Ugh but I did get tired of penises. The book was a little fixated on them. I don't know. I give up. It's impossible to rank so it can't be on the list. 5y
