Currently reading this and about halfway through. Definitely different. I visualize this as a Cohen brothers movie or a season of Fargo.

Settling in to read Things in Jars and my cat decides that there shall be no reading. She sat on my book and nuzzled her face into mine so there was no hope of reading.

Reading this book based on a review I read here. I apologize that I don't remember who posted it. Oh my word, I just read a passage about the main character falling in love and it made me cry, it was so profound, and it ended with the quote, "And then you stop being dead." I can't devour this book, I have to make frequent stops and absorb what I've read. So beautiful.

My goal this month is to read the large pile of library books I have curated. I'm trying to read the more popular books first sot get they can get to the next reader. I've started this book this morning.

Hopefully this will be my last finish of 2020, I've heard excellent things about this book.

A third of the way in, not my usual genre however I find the landscape cozy.

My current read, I feel guilty because my last book was so wonderful I'm still thinking about it and not giving this book all it's due. I'm enjoying it, but it's harder to appreciate a good book when you're coming off an amazing book as much as if you weren't. I hope that makes sense.

This is my first post, learning how this app works. I loved this book, I still think about my favorite characters (Chauncey and Talia) and wonder how they're doing before I remember that they aren't real. Fantasy isn't my normal genre but I'm so glad I read this book.
