“It is always better
to avenge dear ones than to indulge in mourning.
For every one of us, living in this world
means waiting for our end. Let whoever can
win glory before death. When a warrior is gone, that will be his best and only bulwark.”
I loved Destroy Me. I got to know Warner on a more deeper level. After I finished Fracture Me, I developed a huge dislike towards Adam (but then Juliette‘s journal swooped in and saved me before I jumped through the book to let Adam catch these hands). How did you guys feel about this book after you finished it? #Warnersquad
Under the spreading chestnut tree
I sold you and you sold me...
*reads this in the beginning of the book*
“We shall meet in a place where there is no darkness.”
*reads the same quote in book/part 3*
Okay I DID NOT see that coming. I‘m SHOOK. I honestly feel mentally insane right now. (Currently on page 260)
This book was awesome!!! Evra is my favorite character (well he was until I read the preview of the next book).
I adore this series!
Very dark. Just how I like it;)
YES. Yes just yes. Always will be my favorite series.
Do you ever count how many pages you have left in a chapter, and once you get to the last page of your chapter, you can't help but look? WHY. WHY DID I DO THIS TO MYSELF?!?!? OH WHAT A CRUEL WORLD.
"Peace, hombre. I come to greet you, not to eat you--- as a cannibal said to missionary."
This line in this book made me laugh.
Dangit Bill-E???
Alright so the whole series in general did a 180° on me. Totally screwed with my mind. The storyline was decent, but it was missing the emotional bond that ties us to the characters. I honestly could care less if any of them died. If the author got more in depth with the characters, maybe the series would have turned out better. Also, the ending was unsatisfactory. I knew what was going to happen next, but it just wasn't enough. How do you feel?
1.) Always Crack the spine?? I think.
2.) Coffee. I'm not a tea person.
3.) Fantasy all the way!! I want to ride a dragon.
4.) ...I'm a night owl... but I enjoy reading more in the mornings because I tend to get lazy during the evenings.
5.) Own a bookstore.

Why is my "H.P. Lovecraft Collection of Cosmic Horror" book have upside down and right side up pages?? Is that on purpose?
Just bought a new book! I haven't read any of Lovecrafts work, so I'm excited to try it out.
(Btw sorry about the incorrect tag. I can't find the collection of cosmic horror. I have submitted it for review)
I really want to read Cirque du Freak by Darren Shan, but I have to finish Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi. Anyone else a Book Hopper?
