Catching up on some reading, whilst supporting my brother doing 'Race to the Stones'
#bookwormbingo well that was fun, and got me thinking. Nearly got them all, but I've never been abroad, so never had a chance to buy a book from an airport. I'm such a homebody 😂 @electricreaders
The spending $50 on books was easy, I used to work in a bookshop, so that's where most my wages went on payday
I'm 100 pages in to Jules Verne's classic and STILL have the theme from the 80s cartoon playing in my head 😆 #earworm
What I liked most about this book, was the very basic nature of the rituals. Most other books on practicing Paganism talk about ‘summoning your circle', for someone like me that sometimes struggles with this kind of visualisation I was quite pleased to see that the ritual preperations in this book were just two cleansing breaths; In and Out. This is something which I shall definitly be adding to my own little pot- pourri of practical Paganism.
Enjoying my day off, hopefully should finish this today too
Inspired by my current read to have a sort out of
my 'sacred space'
So excited to receive this today from NB magazine
